In 1971, sri valli devasena, the main deity of the temple, installed a temple for Lord Muruga in his own place as Subramania Swamy. The temple is also known as Vishnu Temple. Sri Raja Vinayaka Sri Subramanya Swami Sri Kodanda Rama Sri Anjaneya Sri Gnanambikai Sri Vedapureswarar Sri Sarabeswarar and newly installed Sri Lakshmi Kubera Sri Radha Krishna are also in the temple. This temple is situated at a distance of three km from Velachery railway station and two kilometres from Alandur Metro Station. The temple is headed by A.Sekar, who is currently the hereditary trustee.</span> |
